30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all star sneakers purchases. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Shoes must be unworn with no signs of wear
- Original packaging and shoe boxes must be included
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must not have any odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping labels for all domestic returns within the United States. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return Items

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized location
- Track your return using the provided tracking number
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we will:
- Inspect the items within 2-3 business days
- Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
- Send email confirmation of refund processing
- Refund to your original payment method
- Note: It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same style
- Different colors of the same style (subject to availability)
- Defective or damaged items
Exchange processing typically takes 7-10 business days once we receive your return.
International Returns
For international customers:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be declared as "returned goods" on customs forms
- Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
