Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Important Shipping Information
- Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico
- Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot modify addresses once orders are shipped
- Signature Required: Orders over $200 require adult signature upon delivery
- Business Days: Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays
- Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions may cause temporary shipping delays
- PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes for express or overnight delivery options
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website. Most packages are trackable within 24 hours of shipment.
Track your order: Visit your account dashboard or use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. We're working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Please check back soon or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or package consolidation services
- Maximum of 5 pairs per order for limited edition releases
- Some remote areas may experience extended delivery times
- Hazardous materials restrictions apply to certain shoe care products
